Leonardo DiCaprio is generating Oscar buzz for his role in the new movie, ',' inspired by the true story of mythical explorer Hugh Glass. The film is directed by Oscar winner Alejandro G. Inarritu, based on Michael Punke's novel which chronicles one man's journey of survival in the early 19th century American wilderness. DiCaprio plays a frontiersman who crawls 200 miles to get revenge after being brutally mauled by a bear. The actor called it as one of the 'toughest films I've ever been a part of.' 'There for nine months in subzero temperatures in Calgary, real locations, far-off locations, we looked at this as a grand sort of artistic experiment,' DiCaprio told 'CBS This Morning' co-host Charlie Rose during an interview for The Charlie Rose show. 'We rehearsed meticulously all day long with (filmmakers) Chivo and Alejandro to pull of some very crucial and hard-to-do shots.
